BLAST OFF! Launch of BYC vtalent year

The 2nd of November saw the official launch of the British Youth Council (BYC) vtalent Full Time Campaigns Volunteer team. 8 volunteers, along with James Cathcart (the chief executive), Raja Naik (the previous chair), and Richard Evans (a representative from the funders of the project ‘v’), took a flight on the London Eye.

Over the coming year the volunteers will be keeping a keen eye on Parliament as it reacts to the BYC Election Manifesto to be launched in the next year. You might have already bumped into some of us campaigning or at events. vtalent Volunteers meet Chichester Youth Council

Had a great Putting Your Point Across training session with Chichester Youth Council- very energetic group!
Was good to hear some really creative ideas for campaigns from these guys, hope some of them happen! Sophie N. and I had a really fun day and we enjoyed working with such an enthusiastic group, cheers guys!

Hi guys,

I hope this becomes a success. A blog where, we and all the people we meet keep in contact. I shall try and check it regularly. I know it is probably better to communicate in person, but perhaps it is somewhere were we can write down all our adventures, so we can remember them.
